The sneaker is inspired by the restaurant閳ユ獨 unconventional approach to kitchen dress 閳?chefs wear dark gray as opposed to the typical whites and blues associated with top-tier French cuisine. Chang outfits the upper in a look that suggests an apron. The numbers 閳?63閳?and 閳?07閳?on the sock liners references the addresses of his Fuku and Ss?m Bar restaurants in NYC, respectively. The white midsole/gum outsole combo gives the tonal look some balance. Momofuku閳ユ獨 famed peach logo appears on the heel, with additional branding on the tongue, cements the collab.
